AT AOOA THIS MONTH...

The farm stand is now open!

We sell plants, produce, honey, flowers, fruits, and berries from our property, as well as some home goods we've made- the indigo dyed rags and table cloths are a hit!

And!  We are cooking for you to take away or enjoy in the cool shade of the trellis: grazing platters, vibrant salads and soups, tartines and fritattas, coddled eggs in our soon-to-be famous sauces, silky desserts, and beguiling drinks… all from our daily AOOA harvest.

We had a lovely farm stand opening celebration including a ribbon cutting ceremony; chicken, egg and produce centric foods; guided farm tours; chicken races; farm games and pétanque. Everyone seemed thrilled and it felt awesome to see others enjoying the space we are working so hard to create.

A huge thank you to our officials who took the time to come and help us celebrate: Jérémie Robert, French consul; County Legislator James O'Donnell; George Lyons deputy supervisor for the town of Goshen; Maria Ingressa, Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for the Office of US Representative Sean Patrick Maloney; Camille O’Brien, Director of Legislative Affairs for New York State Senator Martucci; Bill Fioravanti, Orange County Economic Development Director, and all the Cornell University Faculty members !

For those of you who joined us, thank you for showing your support. If you couldn't make it we look forward to meeting you. Stop by anytime on the week end to say hi and share a glass of hibiscus or mint infusion with us!

AOOA WORKSHOPS

All One One All Farm’s mission is to shepherd a biodiverse, regenerative and productive landscape, and to educate on the importance of these landscapes! One of the ways we do this is through educational and fun workshops where we place particular attention on food, science and craft. Stay tuned, for more offerings as we will continue to build this out based on your feedback.

All workshops are limited between 4-10 people maximum and are held outside.

We reserve the right to reschedule given weather conditions.

We are always looking for new educators and to build community so, please feel free to reach out with constructive criticism and/or if you want to teach a workshop here!

AOOA FARM FLYOVER VIDEOS

We periodically upload flyover videos to track our work and the passage of time here at AOOA. Check out our progress, how lush it is in May, or grey in the heart of winter...

AOOA NATURE LOG

A collection of photos recording the ecosystem on the farm. While working when we notice a new blooming plant, new animal visitors, wild looking insects... we capture a shot, date it and save it.
