About the event
Bring the kids to AOOA for some family fun with Miss Beth! We will be dyeing farm fresh eggs using anything but paint! We will visit the chickens, collect eggs, and explore the farm in search of natural dyes. We will practice natural egg-dyeing techniques utilizing botanicals and resist-dyeing. Take home your creations!
Register in advance; space is limited. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Beth Verblaauw is a children's librarian and children's program developer. She has extensive experience working with kids, including sixteen years as a preschool teacher. A mom of 4, Beth loves finding beauty and adventure in the outdoors.
